PT Centrin Online Tbk is providing Internet access which makes the user connected to the Internet. By using our services the user is agree to our agreements bellow:

1. All information provided by the user, must be accurate for the purpose of registration and administration.
   
   
2. The user is prohibited from transferring any illegal material (including but not limited to material which may be deemed to be offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene, menacing or in breach of copyright, privacy or other rights), sending menacing, offensive, abusive, annoying messages, pornography, etc.
   
   
3. The user is fully responsible for the account despite of whom doing the activity, for the account which using a password, the user has to keep the secret very well. Do not give the password to others and the password must be changed periodically.
   
   
4. The user is prohibited from doing hacking, cracking (accessing other computers without permissions) including trial of hacking/cracking, including scanning, sniffing, denial of service, flooding, mail bomb, etc.
   
   
5. The user is prohibited from sending spam. Spam is flooding the Internet with many copies of the same message usually commercial email (but not only commercial email), in an attempt to force the message on people who would not otherwise choose to receive it. Email spam targets individual user or many users.
   
   
6. The user is responsible to keep the computer from virus attack. If the computer has been attacked by virus, the user has to clean the computer from virus before using the Internet access.
   
   
7. The user is responsible for sending and receiving all kind of programs, data or files via internet which accessed by the user account.
   
   
8. Personal Access is intended to be using by one computer only and not to be shared with other computer.
   
   
9. The user is prohibited to resell or distribute the internet access to 3rd party.
   
   
10. The user is responsible to pay the bills before the due date. If the user does not pay the bills before the due date, Centrin has rights to terminate the account temporarily or permanently.
    
    
11. If the user's account has been closed either because of the user decided to close the account or because does not pay the bills before the due date, Centrin has rights to delete all data or files which was belonging to the user, such as email data, homepage data, etc, without further notice to the user.

Centrin reserves the right to terminate temporarily or permanently without further notice the services of any customer or user who not follow the terms and conditions, and reported to the police if there any law breaks. The user is responsible to do all payments for the current services and all due payments if any.
